1. Click on Ask New Question link and follow the instruction in there.
2. Your point will be deduct based on point requirement.
3. You have to topup your account first.
4. Click Payment Instruction link to get the banking information.
5. Minimum topup is RM10 and 1000 points will be given by the system.

- You can check the status of your question at Question Manager.
- It
will take some time for your question to be answer based on the complexity of
the question.

- You can use SEARCH function to search your question.
- You will be
charge a certain amount to view the answer of the question.
- You can view your past viewed question at VIEWED QUESTION menu.

- Expert also can check their profit detail at
Profit Detail link.

- Expert can withdraw their earning at Withdraw link.
- Minimum withdrawal is RM 10 or 1000
points.
- Expert can check withdrawal status at Withdraw History link.

- Expert will gain recurring profit when user view question answered by them.

- Expert need to update their category based on their expertise.
- Click on Change Categories to update.

- Expert can update their profile based at Experience Background link.

- User can update their profile based at My Profile link.
